Bitumen mastic „FIKSER“
Polymer-modified bitumen mastic „FIKSER“is designed for gluing of flexible bitumen tiles and their seams as well as gluing other bitumen sheet materials to the brick-built, concrete, metal, wooden and other surfaces. Packaging: metal container with lid, 12kg and 3.6kg; convenient for use 310 ml packaging.

USE:
Prior to application clean the substrate to remove dust, grease or other dirt. Do not apply on wet substrates. If the substrate is open-textured, prior to application of the mastic, apply a coat of bitumen primer and wait until the primer is completely dry.
Mix well in metal containers prior to application. Evenly spread a layer (not thicker than 1 mm) of the mastic over one of the glued surfaces. When using 310 ml packaging of the mastic, cut a threaded head of the container above the thread, mount the dispenser and cut the nozzle at 45º angle in order to obtain required profile. Using glue pistol apply the mastic in zigzag or dot pattern onto one of the glued surfaces. Use the special rollers avoid any bubbles or wrinkles between the glued surfaces.
Press the surface until the mastic appears from the seams.
Permissible temperature range during application: from –5° C to + 40° C. Working in low temperatures, the mastic should be stored in room temperature at least for 24 hours before application.
STORAGE:
Store in closed containers, in dry place, at temperature from -20°C to +30° C.
Protect from direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use near open flame. Do not inhale vapour. Do not smoke. Wear suitable protective clothes, gloves, use eye protection. In case of eye contact: rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of swallowing: immediately seek medical advice.
